SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Crystal & jewelry items are generally shipped within 2-5 business days and sent via USPS First Class Mail. First Class Mail typically takes around 3-5 business days to arrive within the USA.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are dependent on the return of the product in it's original condition. If evidence of the product being in use is available, that automatically disqualifies the right to a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
